Adidas is set to release another “Imma Star” version of Adidas Sneakers Men signature shoe, this time it’s the Harden Vol. 3 that receives the phrase that he once wrote to his mother. Dressed in a Gold Metallic, Cloud White, and Core Black color scheme. This adidas Harden 3 features a Gold leather upper with “IMMA STAR” printed on the inner panels. Black detailing atop a White Boost midsole and herringbone outsole completes the design.


Entitled the “Different Breed,” the Hot Sale silhouette features a veritable medley of colors and materials from colorways that dropped over the course of the season, ranging from shimmering red and blue patent leather on the toeboxes to mis-matching forefoot overlays and stenciled zebra print on the right shoe’s medial midfoot. Neon and pastel tones abound for the accents, and each shoe is brought together with a full-length white Boost midsole, the only thing that the left and the right foot have exactly in common.


The Adidas Sneakers Christmas main design feature is its crinkled gold leather, an embellishment that nods to Harden’s star status, personal awards, and the classic embellishment present on the tongue of the adidas Superstar all at once. Black and white accents provide contrast, Harden’s #13 is debossed on the heels, and both “Imma” and “Superstar” are printed on the right and left shoes, respectively, to lock in the homage stylings. A bouncy white Boost midsole and herringbone-patterned outsole then arrive to ensure the shoe’s performance stacks up to its bold look.


This particular upcoming Adidas Harden Vol. 3 Collegiate Purple/Core Black/Hi-Res Aqua honors all the teams James has played for during his incredible career. Featuring a Black-based upper that is highlighted with each team printed throughout like the ASU’s Sun Devil, his Artesia High number 13 jersey along with both the Rockets and Thunder in vintage-style team graphics.
